We here at TriNation Triathlon were able to have a chat with Richard Murray over his recent lockdown 5km attempt where he produced an incredibly quick time of 13.37

Richard also spoke briefly about how he is dealing with the current lockdown situation in Holland, when he thinks he will be racing next and how the postponement of the Olympics has affected his plans.
