Cycling Scotland’s North Coast 500 in just 3 days…
TriNation Podcast co-host Luke Howard will be cycling Scotland’s famous North Coast 500 (805km) route to help raise money for the Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation which helps and supports children with cancer across the UK.
Luke is the 2019 Scottish National Triathlon Standard Distance Champion and Scottish National Aquathlon Champion. What is equally impressive is Luke will be attempting to do this challenge in just 3 days (5-7 August).
The chairman of this charity Cameron Main is a good friend of Luke’s, being a fellow triathlete and student at Stirling University. The charity sits very close to Cameron as Abbie is his sister, and this is what has given Luke the inspiration to go ahead with this challenge
Donations, of any size, will be greatly appreciated and can be made using the link here North Coast 500 Charity Fundraising Website
