XTERRA 2021 European Cross Triathlon Championships
XTERRA in partnership with European Triathlon are hosting the 2021 European Cross Triathlon Championships in the first-ever XTERRA Trentino Dolomiti Paganella off-road race this Sunday, September 26, 2021, in Molveno, Italy.
The race location is breath-taking being situated on the shores of Lake Molveno fronting the Brenta Dolomites, which hosted the XTERRA Dolomiti di Brenta Trail Marathon earlier this month
This off-road triathlon promises exciting racing as athletes battle it out for the championship title and will be one of the first chances athletes have had to represent their country at a championship event this year.
Elite athletes will be competing for the prize-purse on offer, while amateur athletes will be looking to secure their spot on the starting line for the 25th XTERRA World Championships in Maui on December 5, 2021.
The course promises to be unforgettable with the town of Molveno showcasing all the area has to offer, from swimming in the enchanting crystal-clear waters of Lake Molveno to the challenging but equally rewarding bike route concluding with a run through spectacular forests, past waterfalls and through Andalo Life Park.
